Our latest home addition was designed featuring handicap accessibility. This addition includes a sunroom, new bedroom, en suite bath and laundry room.  Handicap features include wider doorways, wider shower entry with no threshold and the addition of grab bars in the bathroom.  See the video below for a walk-through tour of the project.

Recently completed, this white kitchen remodel received a complete makeover.

• Wall between dining room and kitchen was removed to open up the space and bring in the natural light

Farmhouse Kitchen Remodel | KLM Kitchens Baths Floors

We recently completed the Richardson Farmhouse Kitchen remodel. This home was built back in the 1800's and was in the family ever since. With only one home addition back in the 1950's, the kitchen was ready for a complete makeover. See the video and photos below on the transformation.

Complete Kitchen Renovation in Algonquin, IL

This Algonquin kitchen remodel included more than the kitchen. We removed an updated the foyer floor tiles, updated the first floor powder room and installed new lighting and built-in desk in the family room.

As for the kitchen, the wood floors were sanded and refinished. New cabinets, granite countertops, backsplash and stainless steel appliances completed the completed the project.
